To create a personalized memorial for your pet, start by selecting your preferred design, frame size, and color. We also offer a digital-only option, which includes a high-resolution photo design for you to print and a private memorial website. Share a heartfelt message, memory, or tribute for the memorial page. After checkout, you'll receive a form to complete your memorial. You can upload: Your chosen photo for the frame, A sound file (WAV) or video file of your pet’s sound, Up to 20 photos for the online memorial’s photo and memory collage. Alternatively, you can email the details to us at support@soundwavememorials.com.au.

If your video file is too large, you can trim it down to a smaller clip. You can then attach it to an email.
If the file is still too large for email, you can upload it to platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer, and share the file link with us.
If you find uploading files challenging, an alternative method is to play the video on your computer or TV and record the desired sections using your phone. You can then email that file directly from your phone.
